We Didn't Move to the City. We Built Something Better Here.

Cinder Digital Agency was founded in 2020 by Marcus Lane and Priya Sharma — two marketing professionals who'd spent a combined 20 years at inner-city agencies and decided the Hills District deserved better than being treated as an afterthought by Sydney's CBD marketing scene.

The Hills is home to thousands of ambitious small and medium businesses — trades, health professionals, retailers, hospitality venues, professional service firms — all competing for the same local customers. Most were either doing digital marketing themselves with limited success, or paying inner-city agencies that didn't understand the local market.

Spark was built to change that. Today we're a team of 12 specialists with expertise spanning every major digital discipline — and a track record of delivering real, measurable growth for Hills District businesses across Castle Hill, Baulkham Hills, Norwest, Rouse Hill, and beyond.
